Sawchuk-Zaske Method

This part is validated with simulated data using MS-Excel spreadsheet.  We are not going to show the result of validation.  You can do this yourself if you like.

 

Bayesian Individualized  Estimation

See the following Table.  The best way is to test mobilePK yourself: using simulated data (for example phenytoin, with daily Dose/kg/day
(Ro), Vmax and Km values be ready and then you calculate Cp at steady-state ready; then run mobilePK and select phenytoin and give Ro, Cp to mobilePK.  See if you can get similar results as we did.)

digoxin: drug concentration at a certain time during steady-state (Css).  Now %PE of digoxin is much smaller than previous version since v2.2.
cyclosporin-A: trough concentration at steady-state (Ct).
%PE: mean percentage of prediction error (N = 6).

      For phenytoin PK: mobilePK vs. diagram estimation method using Vozeh's contour plot (Vozeh et al., 1981) (click
      to view big-sized pictures); please note Vozeh's contour plot does not allow users to estimate PK parameters
      when phenytoin serum concentration is greater than 20 mcg/mL. Point values (at the red-cross mark) in the
      contour plot were "read" using a small but very nice program called GetData® Graph Digitizer.
